The practices at the heart of each private immersion
Each Essence Journey draws from a small set of practices chosen for their depth and precision. Rather than working with the surface of what someone presents, these approaches reach the places where patterns actually form — in the body, the nervous system, and the layers of experience that sit beneath conscious awareness. This is where lasting change becomes possible.
Biological Reconfiguration
The body carries more than we consciously know. Stored within it are the accumulated weight of experiences, adaptations, and protective responses that have shaped how we function, often for decades. Most of this runs silently beneath awareness.
Biological reconfiguration works at this level. Not by analysing what happened or why, but by creating the conditions for the body to begin releasing what it no longer needs to carry.
In practice, the client lies down. Nathan works through a quality of presence and direct contact rather than technique. Something in the body recognises this and begins to respond. Sometimes through tears, movement, or a release that has no name. What shifts often can't be fully articulated. People describe a dissolution of weight, a lightness, a sense of something having genuinely changed at a level they hadn't reached before.
Shadow Integration
Shadows are not flaws, but parts of ourselves that learned to stay hidden.
This work invites you to meet the aspects of yourself you may have pushed aside over time. Emotions you were told were too much. Reactions you learned to suppress. Ways of being that didn’t feel welcome or safe. These parts don’t disappear. They continue to shape how you feel, how you react, and how you relate.
Shadow work brings these parts into awareness simply by seeing them, by bringing light to what’s been operating unseen. As this happens, energy that was tied up in self-protection, reactivity, or self-sabotage becomes available again, opening space for clarity, intimacy, and more freedom in how you live and relate.
What’s left is a more honest relationship with yourself.
Constellation Work
Much of what shapes how we think, feel, and relate doesn’t come from conscious choice. It comes from unseen dynamics we’ve absorbed over time - from family, relationships, and the systems we’ve grown up inside.
Constellation work brings these dynamics into view. It allows what’s usually felt as confusion, tension, or inner conflict to be seen and explored more directly. This can include family patterns, relational pulls, opposing thoughts, or physical responses in the body.
By bringing these dynamics into conscious view and exploring how they relate to each other, things begin to clarify. What’s been carried unnecessarily can finally be set down. And what emerges is often a felt sense of relief, clarity, and more room to move, both internally and in relationship with others.
Polarity Integration
Within each of us exist two complementary aspects: one that drives, decides, and holds structure, and one that feels, receives, and moves intuitively. Most people, particularly those who lead demanding lives, are heavily developed on one side and largely disconnected from the other.
When these aspects fall out of balance, a particular kind of disconnection tends to follow - in how we relate, how we create, and how we experience ourselves.
This work brings both sides into dialogue. As they begin to find balance, something shifts in how a person moves through life. More ease, depth, and a refreshed capacity to meet both leadership and relationship from a more integrated place.
De-armouring
The body holds more than we realise. Tension, contraction, and protective holding accumulate over years. Most of it formed early, as intelligent responses to stress, overwhelm, or the need to stay safe and connected.
Over time these same patterns can begin to limit how we feel, how we relate, and how available we are for connection and life itself.
Unlike more forceful approaches, this work follows the body's own intelligence rather than overriding it. It creates the conditions for the body to recognise that something has changed, and that it no longer needs to respond in the same way.

Somagetic Breathwork
Breathwork is a body-based practice that uses connected breathing to help the body release what it's been holding. It's a way to quiet the mind and feel what's stored in the body - tension, emotion, or sensation that never had space to move.
Breathing in this way often leaves people feeling clearer, more present, and more connected to themselves.

Reiki (Usui System)
Reiki is an energetic practice that supports the body's natural capacity to restore balance. Subtle yet profound, it works beyond the intellect and beyond what can be consciously directed.
Clients often describe a sense of deep calm and emotional release. Within the Essence Journey, Reiki serves as a soft integrative layer. It grounds the work and helps the body absorb and settle the deeper shifts that have begun to unfold.
